I accepted Jesus as my savior in third grade at a Christian summer camp. It turns out that my mom and step-dad did the same while I was away. Shortly after coming home from camp, all three of us were baptized on the same day. While I have never lost my faith, during high-school and college following Jesus was not one of my top priorities. After coming to Gainesville in 1992 for graduate school and meeting Monica, I once again began regularly attending church. Gradually, my faith began to move back to the center of my life. Monica and I have been blessed with 3 children. What originally brought us to the Greenhouse Church was the children and youth ministries. We are so thankful for the leaders that have poured into our children over the past 3+ years. Recently, my family and I have been leading worship at the Greenhouse at GRACE service. We have built some wonderful relationships and it has been awesome watching God work in the lives of some in this homeless community.

Born in India into a Christian family, I knew how to go through the motions. I was part of the church, but not saved until my second year in college. I am actively involved in the church, helping as an usher in the morning services & ministering at work on a daily basis.

I grew up in the aisle of the little Episcopal church in Melrose, FL, but it wasn't until college that Jesus truly captured my heart and I began running after Him wholeheartedly. I feel like I have found my niche as a Microchurch leader here at Greenhouse. I am so thankful for the ways God has brought healing into mine & my wife's lives through being involved and now leading a Microchurch. We look forward to years to come.
While I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and was baptized as a child, the relationships and community formed as a member of the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship during my time at the University of Florida served as catalysts in the rededication of my life to Christ and the growth of my personal relationship with Jesus Christ. These changes were further solidified by my experience at Breakthrough in the summer of 2008. Through these experiences, as well as car accidents, fertility struggles, and miscarriages, the Lord has granted me the confidence to say that my life, well being and future, and that of my wife, rest squarely in the hands of my God, who is much greater than any obstacle we might face.

I'm currently working on research toward my master's in environmental engineering.
